Project Scope
Corrin House was commissioned as a generational home for the property owner’s son and future family. Burnaby’s new bylaws allow for larger secondary suites, and because this property faces 2 streets at the front and the back, the addition is considered a primary structure, giving us more freedom with form and density. The existing house sits on the low side of the property, giving us the opportunity to design a house to take advantage of the potential views towards Downtown Vancouver.
