Project Scope

Located in the heart of the Dunbar Neighbourhood, this house sits in a standard 33’x 121’ lot on West 18th. With the new R1-1 Zoning Bylaws in Vancouver, the house area is maximized with the Main Single-Family-Detached house, basement lock-off suite, and a 1000 sqft Laneway House. The house is designed with the flexibility to accommodate a multi-generational family, with private spaces for both sets of grandparents. Alternatively, the 2 separate units can contribute significantly as mortgage helpers, as rent is in high demand in the neighbourhood since we are in proximity of high ranking high schools such as Lord Byng Secondary, St. George’s School, and Crofton House.
