Project Scope

The Wall Centre Apartments at 1055 Burrard Street are famous for their deep blue glass on the facade, which are great for reducing heat on a sunny day, but provides a very dark interior space for the occupants. Similar to the Ocean Villa apartment, the owner wanted to open up the space and make it as bright as possible. This was achieved by creating an open plan space for the kitchen, dining, and living room, while adding as much natural-feeling light as possible.
